Adeel Khalid
Adviser to the President of Team Gladia
Adeel Khalid serves as Adviser to the President of Team Gladia, providing strategic advice on development initiatives, organisational development, partnership engagement and leadership priorities. Drawing on close to two decades of experience across multilateral organisations, government reform programmes and international development partnerships, he supports the President in shaping strategic direction, strengthening institutional capability and identifying sustainable collaboration and funding opportunities.
In his professional career, Adeel has advised senior leadership at the Commonwealth Secretariat and the United Nations Development Programme, mobilised significant donor and government resources, and worked closely with governments, think tanks and academic institutions. His advisory engagement with Team Gladia is voluntary and reflects his commitment to contributing strategic, evidence-driven leadership support to mission- led initiatives.
