Gladia is a global initiative. Our vision is to foster the next generation of leaders that are Aware, Authentic, and Agile (AAA). We are on a mission to grow a global community of changemakers who possess grit, act with gallantry, and lead with grace. At Gladia, we practice BRIGHT (Balance, Respect, Integrity, Grit, Harmony and Trust) values.
Our purpose-driven team is a network of inter-generational leaders. We believe that the wicked issues of today require combined wisdom of heads, hearts and hands. We are of the view that both legacy and legendary leadership approaches of agricultural and industrial ages have reached their Sisyphean limits. Leaders of information age need new tools, techniques and tactics that address our protean problems.
