Tasneem is the Co-Founder and Director of Operations at Team Gladia, with proven experience in project management, advocacy, and community engagement. Working at Advocacy in Barnet, London, she contributed to initiatives that helped the organisation earn the Queen’s Voluntary Service Award in 2015.
She led an intergenerational project, funded by the Mayor of London’s office, in 2024, delivering transformative programs that connected generations, strengthened communities, and inspired social cohesion. She is a certified Life Coach. Earlier, she was Mindvalley’s Regional Ambassador. Tasneem has designed and delivered immersive leadership and personal development programs that help individuals and groups turn their vision into impact. She holds a Master’s in Management of Development from the University of Turin, Italy, and is based in London.
